RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Since all Sangrah ensembles are handcrafted and made to order, we maintain a strict no-return policy. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or face a sizing issue, our team will be happy to assist you with an exchange or alteration request.

To be eligible for an exchange, customers are required to notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are applicable only in cases of:

    • Size issues

    • Damaged products received

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

  • Sangrah reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.

  • All freight/shipping charges related to exchanges are to be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • Customised or altered orders are not eligible for exchange.

  • Slight variations in colour, embroidery, and texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted pieces and are not considered defects.
